Overall a great experience. Universal Appliance Repair sent technician out to fix the washer. He fixed it. The next day the problem persisted. They honestly reported that it was beyond their capability at that point and promptly refunded my money, except the service charge to come out and look at the problem. Customer Service Representative was exceedingly honest and helpful. I would use them again, knowing that they will do their best.

Our ice maker had issues. He got it unstuck and he was ready to call us if that’s still under warranty. The price is reasonable.
