Overall a great experience. Universal Appliance Repair sent technician out to fix the washer. He fixed it. The next day the problem persisted. They honestly reported that it was beyond their capability at that point and promptly refunded my money, except the service charge to come out and look at the problem. Customer Service Representative was exceedingly honest and helpful. I would use them again, knowing that they will do their best.

I called them after another repair company told me I needed a new compressor for a fee of $850… Universal Appliance Repair scheduled me the next morning, Joseph and his assistant Al showed up right on time and immediately knew what the problem was… He was very professional and explained to me everything he was doing. I am glad I called Universal Appliance Repair for a second opinion. I think it is also to their credit that they are a Maytag-approved repair center.

Universal Appliance Repair fixed our washing machine and refrigerator. It was $80 to fix our ice maker last week. Technician come in the evening. You call and he comes the same day. Our ice maker had issues. He got it unstuck and he was ready to call us if that’s still under warranty. The price is reasonable.
