The labor warranty is 30 (thirty) days only. Labor warranty only apply to repair(s) and(or) service described on the invoice. All appliance repair warranty work honored 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. No warranty work honored Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
If you submit a claim for a repair covered by the 30-day labor warranty, Universal Appliance Repair guarantees a return visit to perform warranty service within five days after receiving the claim.
Depending on availability, we use original manufacturer parts or compatible replacement parts. Covered replacement parts carry a 90-day warranty. If a covered part fails within 90 days, the replacement part is provided at no charge. Labor is covered for 30 days; if the part fails after 30 days but within 90 days, labor is charged. No handling fee or separate service-call charge applies when replacing a covered part. Only parts listed on this invoice are covered by this warranty. If other parts break down due to use, age, or another reason beyond our control, regular material and labor charges apply. Clearing of clogged drains is guaranteed for ten (10) days. No guarantee applies to replacement of plastic or glass shelf support basket slides.
There is absolutely no labor appliance repair warranty on any parts with an intermittent problem. Since the problem is not apparent it cannot by traced. The only time such a problem can be traced is when the problem actually exists.
