Universal Appliance Repair provides dishwasher repair in Calabasas. Contact our team about standing water, leaks, poor cleaning, or interrupted cycles. Describe when the problem began and how the appliance behaves so we can confirm the appropriate service for your model.
Call 800-387-2011 or request service online. Provide your full model number, service address, and any error code. Our team confirms coverage and appointment availability before the visit.
A drainage obstruction, pump issue, hose routing, or installation problem can leave water in the tub. Note whether the problem began after disposal or plumbing work.
Loading, blocked spray paths, water filling, circulation, and heating can affect cleaning. Tell us whether the detergent dissolves and both racks are affected.
Door seals, hose connections, excess suds, or internal components can cause leaks. Stop the cycle and describe where and when water appears.
Door-latch, supply, control-lock, and electronic problems can prevent operation. Share any lights, beeps, or error codes.
Debris, circulation or drain components, and sensing faults may cause noise or interruptions. Record the cycle stage when the problem occurs.
Clear the dishwasher area and ordinary stored items under the sink. Tell us about custom door panels, a recent disposal installation, or building water-access restrictions. Tenants should arrange approval for the appliance repair before the visit; leave plumbing and electrical connections undisturbed.
For a house, apartment, condominium, or managed property in Calabasas, share parking, gate, stair, elevator, and tenant-access requirements. Arrange any required owner or property manager approval before the appointment. Leave appliance panels, supply connections, and built-in trim in place.
Check the selected cycle and control-lock setting, make sure the door closes, and load dishes so spray arms can rotate freely. Clean the accessible filter only as instructed by the manual. Do not reach into a disposal, remove panels, or disconnect plumbing. Stop using a leaking dishwasher and shut off its water supply if safe.
Read our dishwasher troubleshooting guide for more detail. If the problem continues, request professional diagnosis.
The technician evaluates the reported problem and explains the findings and estimate before you authorize work. Similar symptoms can have different causes, including installation or supply conditions as well as a failed appliance component. Record when the issue occurs and any checks already completed.
Compare the proposed repair with the appliance’s age, condition, previous problems, and replacement and installation costs. Some repairs need ordered parts and a return visit; a return to complete an approved repair has no additional return-visit charge.
For broader model and symptom information, visit our main dishwasher repair page. Service coverage must be confirmed for your model and installation.
Call with your service address, model details, and a description of the failure. Same-day appointments may be available depending on timing, routing, access, and parts. Confirm the appointment with our team; an online request does not reserve a guaranteed arrival time.
Diagnostic and trip fees apply if you decline repair; the trip fee is waived when the repair is completed. Repairs include 30-day labor and 90-day parts coverage, plus a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Labor is charged after day 30 for a covered replacement part. See our warranty terms and exceptions.
Explore our Calabasas appliance repair page for other kitchen and laundry services. If more than one appliance is affected, mention each model when booking so the team can discuss scope and availability.
For a Calabasas property with gated entry, a guest house, or a separate laundry room, provide access instructions and identify which building contains the appliance. Mention built-in cabinetry or panel-ready installation so the team can discuss access without removing trim in advance.
Note whether the problem begins while filling, washing, or draining, and mention recent plumbing changes. Leave water and drain hoses connected.

1. Tell us about the appliance
Call 800-387-2011 or request service online. Include your appliance brand, model, symptoms, and any error codes.
2. Confirm access and scheduling
Provide your Calabasas service address, gate or building access instructions, and contact information. Our team will confirm coverage and an available appointment. An online request does not by itself confirm an appointment.
3. Review the diagnosis and estimate
Discuss the findings, repair options, estimated costs, and applicable parts and labor warranty before authorizing work. Most parts are stocked, but some must be ordered.
Our office and repair service hours are Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and do not offer holiday service. Warranty service is honored Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM.

Mention the recent installation or plumbing change when requesting service. Drain routing and connections can affect drainage as well as the appliance itself. Do not disconnect plumbing or reach into the disposal; the technician can explain whether separate plumbing work is needed.
