I called Universal to repair my dishwasher door that wasn’t holding it’s opening due to a broken spring. I was given a time window for the next afternoon. By the end of the time window, the repairman called me to say that he was running late on the current job, but would be able to make it within 30 mins. I appreciated getting the call, as opposed to be contacted the next day. The repair was done quickly and thoroughly, with no wasted motions! Despite the lateness of the arrival, very happy with the results.

They were quick to respond and addressed my concerns. Very professional. Customer service was great. Had bad luck with other appliance companies but so far this company has been the best option.

If you need a repair this is the place! Speedy response! Very good customer service they listen to understand the issue and they are great at finding your best opinions in regards what is needed. The fact that the service was very speedy and the cost was even better! I’ll definitely recommend this team and service to anyone that needs help! I was extremely happy with everything from the quote to the friendliness of the staff and the speedy repair!

Great service and customer service
I called and spoke to Angel and she was great her assurance that they would do all they can to help gave me such relief because I wasn’t going to have to go out to do laundry… she got a technician to me and was able to fix my washer . I recommend them for all your appliances needs

So glad I called Universal Appliance Repair my oven wasn’t working and they got it to work. The oven in my household is a must we love baking goods with the family. The service scheduling team was so helpful in getting someone in ASAP. The technician was so polite and knew what he was doing explained to him what the problem seem to be and he knew exactly what it was. We are so happy the oven works now the family and I got to baking that same day. THANK YOU AGAIN UNIVERSAL APPLIANCE REPAIR. Don’t hesitate on calling them to fix your appliances at home.
